Rebecca Dmytryk, Rebecca T Dmytryk involved in lawsuits and loses them all

These are only more recent lawsuits in Los Angeles, California. There are more. She lost all of these. She tried to get a restraining order on CWC and lost. They got a restraining order on her.

Rebecca Dmytryk, wildlife, results of subpoena, proof she posted those false things about me

Here is but one result of subpoena. It shows Rebecca Dmytryk was behind those, nasty, disgusting, juvenile false comments about me. One of her user names was "Michael Hunt." Yes, the stupid "my cunt" joke. This woman is over 50. How childish.

Rebecca Dmytryk commits perjury, fraud, lies to the court, criminal behavior

It's a crime to lie under oath. It is punishable by up to ten years in prison. Rebecca Dmtryk committed perjury. She lied in her sworn statement. She lied to the court and judge. Not only did she lie but she's a really stupid liar.  She stated in court documents she made the defamatory statements about me in 2007. She stated this so she would be outside of the statute of limitations for defamation which is two years. I subpoena'd Google and found out that Rebecca Dmytryk made the defamatory blog about me i.e. victimsofmisscummins in 2011 within a few months of me suing her for defamation. I also had an old copy I printed out when she originally made the blog in 2011, not 2007. When she heard I was going to sue her is when she changed the dates to predate the statute of limitations. Here is further proof of her perjury. The date on this post reads November 6, 2007. Look at the headers. It is listed in posts from May 2011. Top right you can see that I printed this out today December 14, 2013. This is how incredibly stupid Rebecca Dmytryk is. No one should ever do business with this person because she commits perjury, lies, steals and WildRescue is not a legal non-profit organization. She doesn't even file 990 tax returns. You have no idea where the money is going. Based on their bankruptcy documents they don't make enough money to live. I believe they are stealing money from their fake non-profit and using it for themselves. Her husband is Duane Titus. Check out this blog to see their bankruptcy documents. They were also found guilty of bankruptcy fraud. They were even sued for bankruptcy fraud and lost. They intentionally ran up a bunch of credit card bills right before filing for bankruptcy. They admitted they had no means to even make the minimum payment on their credit cards. That is fraud. That is theft. That is criminal behavior.

Restraining order against Rebecca Dmytryk by California Wildlife Center

California Wildlife Center kicked Rebecca Dmytryk off the board and kicked her off the property. The board claims Rebecca Dmytryk was destroying the organization. I know Rebecca Dmytryk and I believe this. This is a very good read, very entertaining, especially the declarations. It seems Rebecca Dmytryk destroyed property, stole money, drained bank accounts, got in an altercation on the property... California Wildlife Center is much better off without Rebecca Dmytryk. If she weren't kicked off the board, the organization would have closed.

Rebecca Dmytryk and Duane Titus sued for bankruptcy fraud, lose by default, judgment against them

Rebecca Dmytryk and Duane Titus are sued for bankruptcy fraud. They were guilty and didn't even reply. They lost by default. This judgment is non-dischargeable. This is why they live off of their non-profit. They can't make money in their own names or they would have to pay this debt to Wells Fargo.

They had no jobs, very little income yet ran up the cards with no means to even make the minimum payment. That is fraud. They were sued, lost and now have a judgment against them that will follow them for the rest of their life. What they did was malicious. Their social security numbers are not in here. Neither are their void credit cards.
