Rebecca Dmytryk of WildRescue has no Fish & Game permit, has never had one ever

I sent in an information act request to the California Department of Fish & Game (now called Fish & Wildlife) to get a copy of any documents they had that mention Rebecca Dmytry, Duane Titus or WildRescue. Here is their response. They had one scribbled note that one rehabber wanted to add Rebecca Dmytryk as a volunteer to help with foxes. That's it. As per Fish & Game Rebecca Dmytryk does not have and has never had a wildlife rehabilitation permit.

Rebecca Dmytryk states the public is not allowed to help wildlife. She is wrong.

For years Rebecca Dmytryk has been stating this bullshit "Hey, Norma - actually, I believe you'd have to have a US Fish and Wildlife Service permit to in any way possess a migratory bird for any length of time - even transport." This is totally untrue. I replied on the CCWR page and also in my blog here

Ann Lynch from South Bay Wildlife also replied with "I think the 48 hr rule applies in both cases. Otherwise what about all the people, agencies, hospitals, etc. that bring us birds?!" Many other rehabbers made similar replies. It makes no sense that people can't pick up a bird. They should let it die?

Rebecca Dmytryk has no permits whatsoever and she is picking up wildlife. For some reason it's okay if she does it but it's not okay if anyone else does it.

This exchange was started because there was a supposed golden eagle near me that needed to be picked up and taken to a bird rehabber. I offered to do it as I was five minutes away but Dmytryk the Miss know it all in Northern California started attacking me. I knew she'd make a big stink out of it so I decided not to help. It turned out to be a red tailed hawk as we all thought anyway.

Rebecca Dmytryk would rather let an animal suffer if it means she can be Ms. know it all. Everyone in CCWR is frightened of her because she is so nasty and vicious. This is why they generally don't say anything even when she is wrong.

Rebecca Dmytryk of WildRescue is bankrupt

Rebecca Dmytryk has a very long history of attacking cities, government agencies, non-profits and private individuals. When she worked with California Wildlife Center they had to vote her off the board because of her behavior. Rebecca Dmytryk then changed the locks and stole property. Finally California Wildlife Center had to sue Rebecca Dmytryk and get a restraining order against her. Rebecca Dmytryk had to be removed from the premises. Rebecca Dmytryk has been stalking, harassing, defaming and attacking me, my friends, cities, counties, Health Dept, Fish & Game, Fish & Wildlife, wildlife rehabilitators, non-profits... for the past 30 years. She's been attacking me since 2002. She initially started attacking me because I do free humane nuisance wildlife control. She charges and got upset when people would choose me instead.

Later she was upset at me because she wanted to force the City of Los Angeles to hire her illegal "wildlife ambulance" to transport wildlife from animal shelters to wildlife rehabilitators. They'd already set up a free transportation system so the City said "no."

She was also upset at because she tried to get the Wildlife Officer for LA Animal Services Gregory Randall fired so she could take his salary. Everyone refused to support her crazy idea. She pretended to be this guy's friend to get information which she then used to attack him behind his back. Everything has always been about money for Rebecca Dmytryk. She wants to be paid to rescue wildlife when the rest of us do it for free. She is for profit. The rest of us are non-profit.

In 2010 she started a defamatory blog about me because she thought I posted her public bankruptcy documents. I didn't. The court posted them. Others reposted them. I am posting them now. I removed her social security number and that of her husband Duane Titus.

Rebecca Dmytryk has many, many enemies because all she does is attack people. She attacks cities, animal control, individuals, other rescue groups, government agencies, licensed wildlife rehabilitators... She threatens to sue cities if they don't hire her and pay her money.

If you look at the documents I've posted you can see that she wasn't really making any money at any real job. She is supposedly a voice over artist and dog groomer by trade. Her bankruptcy documents show she didn't make any money at these jobs. It appears that she lived off the equity in the Malibu house her parents gave her. Then she lived off credit cards and went bankrupt. She was living off donations to WildRescue which is not a legal corporation or non-profit. As she has no job I assume she is living off this new non-profit called Humane Wildlife Management. This blog is here to warn people about Rebecca Dmytryk. I wish I was forewarned. I would have stayed far away from her.
