Rebecca Dmytryk's WildHelp app verses WIRES app

Wildlife Rescue Rehabilitation apps WIRES vs WildHelp, comparison, review

Finally had a chance to look at Rebecca Dmytryk's WildHelp app. I also took a look at the main wildlife rescue app WIRES (Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service). These two apps couldn't be more different. I'll start with WIRES.

WIRES is an actual wildlife rescue and rehabilitation organization in Australia. They've been around since 1985, have over 2,500 volunteers in 27 branches. Below is their website.

http://www.wires.org.au/

Here is more information about their app.

http://www.wires.org.au/rescue/rescue-app

You basically fill out an online form which then is automatically sent to the closest wildlife rehabilitator who handles that species. I've received these auto emails and responded. These people have the most complete list of all licensed rehabbers in the US and other countries. They reached out to me when they started their app. I gave them all the info I had. I tested the app. It works quickly and efficiently.

Next we have Rebecca Dmytryk's app which she said she spent thousands developing. The first screen is a legal "Terms of Use" agreement with threatening language. It includes a bunch of false statements about wildlife laws and regulations. Rebecca Dmytryk keeps telling everyone that no one can touch wildlife as it's protected. That is false. Anyone can try to help ill, injured and orphaned wildlife. They can pick it up and take it to a vet or rehabber for up to 48 hours. What's ironic is Rebecca Dmytryk says only licensed, permitted people may handle, possess wildlife. Not only is that not true but Rebecca Dmytryk has never had a wildlife rehabilitation permit ever.

The app instantly demands your phone number or you cannot go further. I put in a fake phone number which worked. The website and app basically begs for donations. It also thanks a bunch of non-existent people for their help. On top of this it asks rehabbers to sign up to be included on the app. Rebecca included people who said they don't want to be on her list. I said I didn't want to be on her list. Then she used a fake email to pretend to be her assistant to ask me again to be on the list. I told her no again.

http://www.wildhelp.org/

Here is her privacy statement.

http://www.wildhelp.org/privacy-statement/

She will use your information to email you pleas for donations. You can see originally she wanted to charge finders money to find help for the animals! What a total piece of shit. The other app doesn't charge. Rebecca here also tries to sell cheap tshirts from the app. As expected this app is only about getting money for Rebecca Dmytryk. She wants donations when she does not rehab wildlife. She has never rehabilitated wildlife ever.

Someone recently posted that I'm posting about Rebecca Dmytryk because I'm "jealous that her dad is a famous director." I'm posting to warm people about this fraudster who has never been a wildlife rehabilitator. I wish someone had warned me. The person who thinks I'm "jealous" obviously does not know the dad. The father is despised by his family, friends, industry. His family members were so upset by what he did that they all changed their last names. His brothers and their wives changed their last names. His father's wives got rid of that last name and went back to their maiden names. They even moved.

Edward Dmytryk did the worst thing anyone could do. He ratted out his friends, family members to the government as communists. People were arrested, lives were destroyed. I'm amazed Rebecca would play up her father's last name. I would change it if I were she.

Wildlife Emergency Services offers another fake reward for coyote shooter, Rebecca Dmytryk

Rebecca Dmytryk offers another fake reward from her group Wildlife Emergency Services. This time it's for the identity of the shooter of the coyote. They will never find that person which is why Rebecca Dmytryk made the fake offer.

http://patch.com/california/echopark/wildlife-rescue-raises-reward-silver-lake-coyote-killer

The last time Rebecca Dmytryk offered a fake reward it was for the identity of the person who put beer cans on seagulls. They knew they'd never have to pay that reward as they most likely were the ones who put the beer cans on the seagulls heads! Everyone called them out on that.

They "capture" the seagull with the beer can on the head. They stated he hasn't been able to eat or drink for weeks because of the beer can. He'd be dead if that were true. They remove the beer can with scissors when they could have easily slipped it off his head. The feathers are perfect under the beer can! They let the bird go and he flies back to them! Such frauds.

Not only that but this fake organization Wildlife Emergency Services doesn't even have $1,000 per their own accounting. That isn't even their real name. The real name is National Association of Wildlife Emergency Services. Rebecca Dmytrk started an organization to try to appear like a government agency. Rebecca Dmytryk wanted all rescuers, pest control operators to give her money to join her private group so she could boss them around and tell them what to do.

Remember when an opossum was shot with two arrows in the head? Rebecca Dmytryk DEMANDED that all rehabbers tell her who has the opossum. Then she DEMANDED that all rehabbers go and post her flyers so she could beg for money. Rebecca Dmytryk lives in Northern California. She is not coming down here to pass out flyers about the opossum or coyote.

And again, Rebecca Dmytry has NEVER been a licensed wildlife rehabilitator per California Department of Fish & Wildlife.

Here is the association associated with the EIN. They started in 2011/2011 and never posted a tax return or a financial document. It is just Rebecca Dmytryk.

Rebecca Dmytryk private pest control business, selling wildlife apps online

Some people asked me recently about Rebecca Dmytryk. Seems Rebecca Dmytryk is yet again trying to get paid contract work with the city of Los Angeles. She offers "free" coyote training and information for animal control officers and the city. This is a foot in the door to demand money for services. Previously she didn't just ask the city for money. She tried to extort them by threatening to file a false report about them to Fish & Wildlife.

Below is a link to her private for profit pest control business. I don't know if she has a trapping permit which is needed by law to trap wildlife for removal. She is not a wildlife rehabilitator so she can't trap to rescue them without a permit. I don't believe she is a licensed pest control operator. I do know that she doesn't know what she's doing when it comes to raccoon trapping. She ended up trapping raccoon mothers leaving the babies abandoned. Wildlife rehabilitators then had to go rescue the babies. Rebecca Dmytryk caused many babies to be orphaned.

http://www.humanecontrol.com/

She still states she is in charge of Wildlife Emergency Services. http://www.wildlifeservices.org/ Rebecca Dmytryk gives this EIN 45-5505661. If you put in that number in guidestar.org, you get http://www.guidestar.org/profile/45-5505661 The name of this organization is actually NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR WILDLIFE SEARCH AND RESCUE.

Rebecca Dmytryk wanted to start an association for all wildlife people. She wanted to make everyone pay to join to get her accreditation. She of course would rule it making up the rules as she goes. No one wanted to join. Why would someone pay to join a group where you are controlled by someone who is not a licensed wildlife rehabilitator or rescuer?

As you can see they haven't filed tax returns. By law she must file at least a 990N. They have done nothing since 2012 when they first became a non-profit.

Years ago Rebecca Dmytryk begged everyone for $30,000 to build a phone tree for wildlife help. I had one for free on my phone. Again, Rebecca Dmytryk keeps asking for money to help wildlife which she does not help. I built the tree out of necessity. I was on the phone all day long. That's also why I have a ton of free manuals, how to articles and blogs about wildlife issues. I couldn't handle the calls.

Rebecca Dmytryk then decided to tell people she was building an app. She started more gofundme's to raise money to basically copy the app other people already made. She sent out press releases about the app. I'm going to check out the app. Hope it doesn't damage my phone.
